It is your responsibility to know and comply with all local, state, and federal laws regarding hemp products. We reserve the right to refuse service to anyone and will not ship to states where THCa products are prohibited.
2. Product Information & Disclaimer
All products sold on this website are hemp-derived and contain less than 0.3% Delta-9 THC on a dry weight basis, complying with the 2018 Farm Bill. Our products are intended for adult use only and have not been evaluated by the FDA. These products are not intended to diagnose, treat, cure, or prevent any disease. Lab results and Certificates of Analysis (COAs) are available on our website.
3. Orders & Payment
All orders are subject to acceptance. We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order at our discretion. Prices are subject to change without notice. Payment is due at the time of purchase. By providing payment information, you authorize us to charge the full amount of your order.
4. Shipping & Delivery
We ship to addresses within the United States where THCa products are legal. Shipping times are estimates and not guaranteed. We are not responsible for delays caused by shipping carriers, weather, or other circumstances beyond our control. Risk of loss and title for products pass to you upon delivery to the carrier. You are responsible for providing an accurate shipping address.
5. Returns & Refunds
Due to the nature of hemp products, all sales are final. We do not accept returns or exchanges. If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect product, contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photographic evidence. We will evaluate claims on a case-by-case basis and may offer a replacement or store credit at our discretion.
6. Chargebacks
You agree to contact us directly to resolve any issues before initiating a chargeback or payment dispute with your bank. Chargebacks filed without prior communication will result in account suspension and may incur administrative fees up to $25. Fraudulent chargebacks will result in permanent account termination and legal action.
